Actions Implemented in 2025

During this period, we carried out several initiatives to reduce our environmental impact and improve resource efficiency:

1. Water Consumption Reduction
We reduced water consumption in industrial processes by 35% through equipment redesign and improved control of incoming water. These actions ensured compliance with food safety and water quality requirements.

2. Wastewater Treatment and Water Recirculation
We implemented a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) for water generated from sanitary facilities. This system ensures compliance with environmental and safety standards. We also implemented a recirculation system that reuses 50% of the water from employee sanitary facilities.

3. Improved Water Efficiency
We increased the amount of finished product produced per cubic meter of water by 30%. This improvement means that we now produce more kilograms of finished product using the same amount of water, making our operations more efficient.

4. Water Footprint Assessment
We conducted a water footprint assessment to measure actual water consumption at each stage of our process. This study identified opportunities to reduce water use and improve efficiency. It also supported the design of a future wastewater treatment and recirculation system for industrial process water.

5. Organic Waste Management
We properly managed more than 35 tons of organic waste through internal sorting processes and composting programs.
