Our broccoli receives a treatment that includes cutting, washing, inspection, steam cooking and rapid freezing. Available presentations are; retail, bulk and Food service.
They are available in florets of different calibers, as well as organic product.

Broccoli florets
Broccoli cut by hand into natural florets. Available in different sizes from 10 / 25mm to 30 / 65mm in different presentations according to the customer’s requirement.
Broccoli cuts
Product mix that includes broccoli florets and broccoli stems, both products are mixed in a specific proportion, as standard 30% florets and 70% stems.
Broccoli Spears
Special broccoli cut that allows to have a floret with a longer stem of up to 16cm. The pellet is cut to get this special specification.
Broccoli Chopped
Broccoli cut by machine, producing cubes of 10x10x10mm.
Broccoli rice
Special process that includes cutting the broccoli pellet to form a rice like product. It is a way to replace traditional rice with a healthier option.
CAULIFLOWER
Cauliflower cut into different sizes, with a process that includes cutting, washing, inspection, steam cooking and quick freezing. Product with high nutritional values especially rich in vitamin C, A, E and K as well as calcium.
Cauliflower floret
Cauliflower cut by hand obtaining natural florets. Available in sizes from 10 / 25mm to 30 / 65mm.

ROMANESCO
A product with good aesthetic characteristics, its pyramidal shape has made it highly desirable in gourmet markets. The romanesco is a hybrid of cauliflower and broccoli which has good nutritional characteristics. The process includes cutting, washing, inspection, steam cooking, and rapid freezing.

Available in sizes 10 / 25mm, 15 / 35mm and 30 / 55mm, in the presentations that the client requires.
KALE
Considered a superfood, it comes from the family of Brassica oleracea and is characterized by fleshy green leaves. It contains high values in vitamins such as A, B, C and K, as well as a high content of essential minerals such as calcium, potassium and magnesium.

ColorCarrots
An innovative mix of colored carrots: white, orange, purple and yellow. Source of vitamin E, B, and B3 or niacin. The process that the carrots undergoes includes peeling, slicing (smooth or crinkle), washing, inspection, steam cooking, quick frozen and packaging,
Color Cauliflower
An innovative mix of colored cauliflowers: white, orange, purple and green. Mixtures of vegetables of different colors ensure a high nutritional value by having natural pigments with antioxidant action in addition to vitamins such as C, folates and B6. The process includes cutting into natural florets, washing, inspection, steam cooking, fast frozen and packing. Each vegetable is processed separately, and the mixes can be adjusted according to the requirements.
California blend
